About the Role
Our new Teacher will:
Have high aspirations for all children, themselves and a desire to raise standards.
Have the ability to enthuse, motivate and engage learners who have communication difficulties.
Have high expectations for the behaviour and wellbeing of children.
Develop and implement EHCPs and individual learning strategies.
Work closely with parents and carers and other professionals to support each child's development.
