We’re working with a welcoming school looking for a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to support a pupil who needs

consistency, understanding, and someone firmly in their corner. This role is all about building trust, providing

structure, and helping one young person feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

THE ROLE

You’ll be working closely with one pupil on a 1:1 basis, supporting them throughout the school day. This includes:
