About the Role
About Role: You will play a vital role in helping pupils access education, feel safe within their learning environment,
and make meaningful academic and personal progress. This role is ideal for tutors who enjoy combining academic support
with pastoral care. You may be supporting pupils: On a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or within the whole class Through
targeted tutoring interventions in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Functional Skills Across a range of
settings, including mainstream schools, specialist provisions, and alternative education settings With additional needs
such as ASD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH, EBD, and ADD/ADHD By adapting learning materials and delivery to meet individual learning
