About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic 14-16 & EHE Manager to lead the delivery and development of our 14-16 provision. This is a key

leadership role with responsibility for operational management, quality assurance, safeguarding, and stakeholder

engagement.About the RoleThe 14-16 & Elective Home Education (EHE) provision is coordinated and delivered by a dedicated

14-16 Manager, who reports directly to the Faculty Director. The role has responsibility for all operational aspects of

the provision, including quality assurance and the development of teaching, learning and assessment (TLA).The Faculty
