About the Role

Please note: The Young Adult Support Worker (YASW) will work closely alongside the Integrated Offender Management (IOM)

team, supporting individuals within the IOM cohort who require assistance to access services that meet their specific

needs. This is a dynamic and varied role that requires flexibility, adaptability and a proactive approach. You will need

a good understanding of the complex barriers faced by people within this cohort, including challenges related to

engagement, access to services and social exclusion. The role involves working across a wide geographical area,

therefore you must be willing to travel regularly, either using public transport or your own vehicle. A full driving
