A&E Porter

About the Role

holder will work as part of a team to provide an efficient portering service to the Trust. To provide and to contribute

to, a first class customer care service to all users of the Trust. To assist nursing staff to move / handle patients

Escort and direct patients as and when necessary and offering wheelchairs to patients at reception or triage. To

transfer patients from triage to other areas of the A&E Department. To transfer patients, medical equipment and

associated medical sundries as delegated by line management by use of bed, chair, trolley etc. To ensure
