About the Role

Referrals and Urgent Triage Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative colleagues in managing urgent and

self-referrals; providing a responsive and patient-centred service. Support all aspects of the clinical referral

process, ensuring that Answer advice line calls and act as the first line of support and advice Assess the
