About the Role
You will provide essential administrative support to the Access to Healthcare Manager, facilitating communication between departments and external organizations. Your role will focus on managing healthcare access and recovering funds from private patients, ensuring efficient processes and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support recovery of funds from private patients.
- Assist in collecting European Health Insurance (EHIC) forms.
- Maintain private patient insurance management system.
- Safeguard deposits from private patients.
- Liaise with departments for administrative support.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English language.
- 1 year of Admin/Clerical experience or 3 years experience.
- Proficiency in computer packages is essential.
