About the Role

As a key member of the specialty triumvirate team you are jointly responsible with the clinical lead and Clinical

Service Manager / Operational Service Manager for the provision of safe, effective and efficient services within Lincoln

accident and emergency.

As a Senior Nurse within the specialty leadership team your specific portfolio as Matron will be accountable for the

efficient and effective operational management of the nursing workforce, guaranteeing provision of high quality evidence

based nursing practice which will be delivered within acute medicine .
