About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at Croydon University Hospital as a ACE GP Extensivist one fixed day per week
(Tuesday, 09:00–17:00).
This post is for a General Practitioner with an interest in frailty and interface care to work within the Acute Care of
the Elderly (ACE) clinic.
The ACE clinic provides rapid-access comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) for older adults with frailty, aiming to
deliver the right care in the right place,
