About the Role
1. To ensure that all residents are aware of the activities that can be offered within the Home.
2. To encourage residents to participate in the activity programme and that this is documented
3. To ensure that all grades of staff are aware of the activities programme and that other members of staff co-operate
in the running of the programme.
4. To conduct questionnaires amongst the residents and/or relatives on a bi-annual basis, to gain feedback on the types
of activities that are running and to gain information regarding the planning of future activities. To then relay this
