Activities Support Worker

About the Role

We are looking for an activities support worker who is passionate about person-centred care and active support. In this

role, you’ll help individuals with complex needs unlock their potential through meaningful activities, positive

relationships, and high-quality support. As an activities support worker you’ll play a central role in delivering

personalised, engaging, and inclusive support. You’ll help design and lead activities that reflect each individual’s

interests, abilities, and goals, supporting wellbeing, independence, and choice every day.
