quality of life, surrounded by love, friendship and support within a Christian environment, while ensuring the Home
delivers excellent person-centred care and providing effective leadership to the care staff within your team.You will
also contribute to person-centred assessment planning, implementation and review and put into practice person-centred
care, including for residents with dementia, plus support independence in the tasks of daily living and share in the
