JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to recruit a Patient Flow Co-ordinator across the Acute Medicine Department at the Royal Shrewsbury

Hospital. You will be a member of the Acute Medicine Team working directly with the Emergency Flow managers to support

the discharge and flow of acute medical patients within the emergency department and working alongside the Acute

assessment unit, Acute medical unit and SDEC Nurse Coordinators (NiC) supporting the management of all attendances,

admissions and discharges for Acute Medicine patients by facilitating an efficient, effective and timely management of
