Job Summary You will be: a clinical professional who has developed their skills and theoretical knowledge to a high
standard. an experienced and educated member of the care team who are able to diagnose and treat health care needs or
refer patients to an appropriate specialist if needed. Trusted and empowered to make high-level clinical decisions and
will often have your own caseload. As an ATC team member, you will be expected to perform many of the tasks and take on
a similar level of responsibility to trainee medical staff who have a formal regulator in the GMC. These duties may be
performed with direct, indirect, or distant supervision by a GP Lead or similar, depending on the task and situation.
