About the Role

Achieve Treatment and Recovery Services provides support for people experiencing problems with drug and alcohol use

across Salford, Trafford and Bury.

We are an NHS led service, working with multiple agencies in a unique partnership model.

This partnership model enables us to work with patients in a holistic way focusing on the person and not the “problem”.

We are seeking to recruit an Addictions Clinical Nurse who will deliver specialist support to our patients accessing

treatment at Achieve Trafford.
