ADHD Nurse Prescribing Practitioner

About the Role

Evaluate adults, and/or children, and young people for ADHD, considering potential co-occurring conditions to inform

diagnostic decisions. Apply clinical judgment and experience to make treatment decisions, utilising advanced skills and

knowledge in managing ADHD in adults and/or children and young people. Exercise independent professional responsibility

for diagnostic decision-making within competence, whilst receiving monthly supervision from Team Leads. You will

practice as a medical or non-medical prescriber (independent/supplementary prescribing) to develop and implement

treatment and titration plans, ensuring physical observations are obtained and reviewed (height, weight, blood pressure,
