ADHD Specialist Independent Prescriber

About the Role

The ADHD Specialist Independent Prescriber plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

within Psychiatry UK's ADHD service. Reporting into the Titration Team Lead and working closely with Consultant

Psychiatrists, this position is responsible for the treatment and ongoing management of adults with ADHD, including the

independent or supplementary prescribing of ADHD medications in line with national guidelines and Psychiatry UK's

clinical policies. The ADHS Specialist Independent Prescribers exercise autonomous clinical judgment to initiate,

titrate and monitor treatment efficacy, manage risk, and ensure safe and effective titration, while maintaining
