JOB OVERVIEW
The Personalised Care, Information and Support Manager for Cancer plays a vital role in ensuring care provided to
patients with cancer meets their individual needs. You'll be joining a team who are dedicated to quality care for all
patients. You'll oversee a programme of work which supports the cancer speciality teams in UHBW (Bristol & Weston sites)
to deliver our organisations Personalised Care and Support (PCS) strategy.
Personalised cancer care means providing patients with access to care and support that meets their individual needs,
