About the Role
You will work alongside other members of the Head and Neck administration team to provide a high level of support for
the Surgical Specialties Division. You will be required to work at the outpatient clinic reception and be responsible
for booking a wide range of appointments, as well as carrying out a variety of complex administrative duties. Excellent
communication skills are essential, with a strong focus on patient care. The role involves supporting a
multidisciplinary team (MDT) including Speech and Language Therapy, ENT, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Dietitians.
