This role involves supporting children, families, and staff while managing the reception area, providing administrative assistance to leadership, and coordinating school events. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and parents
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Manage the booking system for wraparound care
  • Support school admissions and record-keeping
  • Use the Management Information System (MIS) for student data
  • Handle finance administration and online payments
