Administrator - Abersychan Group Practice
About the Role
1) Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the Practice.
2) Deal with all general enquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments. 3) Word Processing /
Excel / IPlato / WCCG / GP Links / Child Health/ Registrations / EMIS 4) Photocopying, Scanning and safe recording onto
patients records 5) Using your own judgment and communication skills to ensure that patients with no prior appointment
but who need urgent consultation are seen in a logical and non-disruptive manner. Care Navigation training is provided
within first 3 months. 6) Promote Self-Care, use of the Common Ailment Scheme, Digital Tools (e.g. NHS Wales App),
