About the Role

Administration is a key function in the management and day to day functionality of the Adult Community Services nursing

teams and the patients they care for. The purpose of this role is to work with and support the Community Nursing teams

with their clinical administration functions and all data associated with the management of the Adult Community Services

patients.

The post holder provides a comprehensive, effective, accurate and timely service for the clinical teams within Adult

Community Services.
