Administrator (strategy and transformation)
About the Role
Maintain the administrative support required to support the day to day running -arranging meetings, room bookings and
taking minutes and actions at meetings.
- Monitor and maintain budgetary information through the processing of purchase orders, Government Procurement Card
- (GPC) payments, invoices and expenses providing reporting and reconciliation as required to support the budget holder
in the day-to-day financial control of their budget.
- Ensure monthly financial reporting information is provided in a timely manner and providing support to budget managers
