About the Role
To undertake various reception and administrative/clerical duties associated with the functions of the Physiotherapy &
Occupational Therapy Services Department. This is to include all administrative procedures and documentation associated
with the patient’s attendance to the Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Services Department as outlined in the Patient
Access Policy.
To provide a patient focused service, ensuring that the service is efficient and welcoming. To overcome language
barriers wherever possible using available resources as necessary e.g. interpreters, ensuring that all patients are
