About the Role

We are looking to recruit a friendly, professional Admiral Nurse to deliver a specialist service across Northumbria

Primary Care (NPC) and Northumberland. This is a new and exciting collaboration between Dementia UK and NPC. Admiral

Nurses are specialist dementia nurses who offer expert practical, clinical and emotional support to families involved in

the care of a person living with dementia with complex needs.

We are looking for someone who is driven and committed to developing this new Admiral Nursing service, and who is

passionate about helping those with Dementia.
