Admission Pathway Coordinator toplay a crucial role in the growth and development of the Company. ABOUT THE ROLE

Primarily responsible to develop and enhance relationships with local ICBs and other statutory services to increase and

maintain high levels of occupancy across the Groups Specialist Care Centres. Other responsibilities will include:

Develop effective partnerships with local ICB placement officers, discharge coordinators, and community neuro navigators
