About the Role

Ensure all aspects of performance, attendance, training and appraisal are addressed in accordance with Trust policies.

To participate and support staff in the development of service delivery audits and implementation of findings to improve

patient care. Maintain efficient and effective communication with all members of the transport multi-disciplinary team.

To meet regularly with Lead Nurse and Deputy Lead Nurse to discuss professional progress and development within the

transport team. Act in a Professional manner and ensure self and transfer staff adhere to the Uniform policy at all

times. Act as a positive role model through the provision of effective professional leadership for ACCOTS with
