Adult Safeguarding Administrator
About the Role
To provide administrative support to the Safeguarding Team to include the management of incoming internal and external
communications via email, telephone and post To receive and share sometimes complex and highly sensitive communications
on behalf of the Safeguarding Team, and to highlight and prioritise communications and escalate to the appropriate
person in the safeguarding team. As directed by the Named Nurse/Named Midwife disseminate safeguarding information to
relevant staff outside of the safeguarding team. To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the relevant systems and
processes, attending appropriate training sessions. To provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Safeguarding
