About the Role

Southwest care- line Ltd are seeking caring and proactive support workers to join our team providing high-quality

person-centred support to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism to live independently in

the community. Providing both practical and emotional support, helping individuals to achieve their personal goals and

improve their quality of life.

This includes support with daily living tasks as well as encouraging education and community participation.
