About the Role

The Cardiff Council is looking for an Adult Social Worker to join their team based in Cardiff. 

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will undertake scheduled reviews and monitoring visits to residential and nursing homes. You will

promote and enhance the lives of people living with dementia within a residential or nursing placement. You will work

with providers to improve the opportunities for people living with dementia within a placement setting. Additionally,

you will provide reports to the Team Manager on visits to placement settings and liaise with other professionals and
