About the Role
The South Learning Disability Partnership offers an exciting opportunity for a Adult Support Coordinator. This
37-hour-per-week role combines office-based work at Sunley House in Papworth Everard with home working. Adult support
coordinators play a major part in the work we do in our team, and you will be working with adults with a learning
disability, as well as their unpaid and formal carers and if successful, you will be working alongside social workers as
well as other health professionals including Community Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Art / Music Therapists, Speech
and Language Therapists, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Physiotherapists to meet the outcomes of those we support. If
