About the Role
The Cambridgeshire Learning Disability Partnership (LDP) brings together specialist health and social care services for
people with a learning disability. We have an exciting part-time (21 hours) Social Worker vacancy in our Huntingdon
Team, based at Scott House in Huntingdon. The successful candidates will contribute to the practice, alongside Health
and Social Care Practitioners such as Adult Support Co-ordinators, Social Workers, Community Nurses, Occupational
Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrist, Speech and Language Therapists and Art / Music Therapists.
The LDP work in a flexible way, allowing for home and office-based working. are currently working to a hybrid model in
