The starting salary for this role is £61,954 per annum, working 36 hours per week.

We are recruiting a Team Manager (Occupational Therapy-qualified) to lead our new Connect2Community (C2C) teams in West

Surrey. These teams are at the forefront of our resident‑focused, early intervention approach, supporting people from

first contact and delivering timely, strengths‑based care.

This role is hybrid, with three days in the office.
