Advance Nurse Practitioner - Adult ADHD.

About the Role

The Adult ADHD Service for Norfolk & Waveney sees adults from the age of 18. Referrals include those people

transitioning from children and young peoples services, from other services such as learning disability, drug & alcohol,

and autism services, GP referrals and internal referrals from NSFT teams. We are a nurse-led service with strong

leadership and have a skill-mix of practitioners delivering care. The service is in high demand, and we operate waiting

lists. Main duties as outlined above. You will be required to travel to other sites within the service area for delivery

of clinics, education, and collaborative working, and to work from designated bases as well as home working as agreed.
