About the Role

We are recruiting for an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist in Gastroenterology who shares our vision to be trusted to provide

consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and forward-thinking clinical pharmacist to work with the Gastroenterology

consultants, specialist nurses, Homecare teams and clinical pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible

for providing leadership and delivery of a high quality, proactive and patient focused service to gastroenterology

patients.
