About the Role

Education duties: Determine the prescribing and therapeutics training requirements for undergraduate medical students

within the Trust in conjunction with the Clinical Sub-Deans, Director of Medical Education and other Trust medical

education pharmacists within the Merseyside deanery. Develop the training programme/syllabus for pharmacy and

therapeutics to ensure theidentified needs of the students are met and the requirements of the education providersand

other stakeholders are fulfilled. Lead and co-ordinate the delivery of the training syllabus, engaging other

appropriatepharmacists and health professionals as required. Liaise with the postgraduate clinical tutor regarding input
