Advanced Clinical Pharmacist

About the Role

If you are looking to progress your career and demonstrate your clinical and leadership and management abilities, this

may be the job for you. The role will also bring you into contact with many surgical specialties across the Trust and

with support from a team of experienced pharmacists and technicians you will be able to target the review of high risk

patients to ensure medicines are optimised and patient safety is improved. As a senior member of the pharmacy team you

will also be expected to produce guidelines, undertake audits / research and provide support and training to nursing

staff, pharmacy technicians, junior pharmacists and students. To be successful you will need to become part of the
