About the Role

Looking for a new challenge and to widen your horizon? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to

join our acute medicine pharmacy team at Hull University Teaching Hospitals as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist.

You will provide clinical pharmacy service to a variety of acute medical areas, within a Pharmacy Department that

provides a supportive environment for professional development with a range of experienced and specialist senior

pharmacists.

Whilst providing a clinical pharmacy service you will be expected to offer advice to medical, nursing, other healthcare
