About the Role

We are excited to offer an excitingopportunity for an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist – Palliative Careto join our

expanding team at University Hospitals Liverpool (Aintree Site). This is a particularly exciting time to join us, as our

palliative care pharmacy service is growing and leading several innovative projects across both primary and secondary

care including virtual wards. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist expertise in palliative

care while playing a key role in service development and quality improvement.
