Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)

About the Role

Hallam Medical is seeking Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) to join their Out of Hours service in Liverpool. Ideal candidates will have experience in urgent or primary care, providing essential support to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical telephone triage for timely patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with medical and nursing leadership.
• Identify risks and signpost patients to appropriate services.
• Use Red Flag triage to prioritize urgent cases.
• Ensure safe transfer between clinical dispositions.

Requirements

• Experience in urgent care or primary care.
• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
• Clinical Examination and Diagnostics Level 6 or 7.
• V300 Prescriber qualification.
• NMC Registration required.

Compensation

Competitive pay rates with options for PAYE or Limited. Pay details to be discussed during the application process.

Location & Schedule

Shifts available during evenings and full days on Saturdays and Sundays in Liverpool, Merseyside.
