About the Role

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in the SDEC unit,

including physical examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and making differential diagnoses.

Care Management: Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications, non-pharmacological

treatments, or interventions as required, in accordance with professional and trust guidelines. Advanced

Decision-Making: Utilize advanced clinical reasoning to determine the need for patient admission, discharge, or referral

to other services, ensuring safe and appropriate care pathways. Collaborative Working: Work closely with the
