Advanced Clinical Practitioner / Advanced Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

The post holder should be an experienced nurse or paramedic, educated to at least Masters Level in advanced health

assessment and nonmedical prescribing who will act within their professional boundaries to provide care for the

presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. They

will demonstrate safe, clinical decision making and expert care for patients within the surgery. The Practitioner will

have the ability and training to work autonomously yet collaboratively within the team to provide clinical care and

support colleagues within the team clinically and operationally. The role includes additional duties remunerated
