We are looking to recruit a full time Advanced Clinical Practitioner for Specialist Palliative Care.
This exciting new role will be part of the specialist palliative care (SPC) multidisciplinary team, working in
partnership with the specialist palliative medical consultants, clinical nurse specialists, SPC physio, OT and therapy
assistant. There will be regular liaison with the Hospice and Hospital SPC team. This role will clinically support the
SPC caseload across 8 neighbourhood teams.
