About the Role
As part of a multi-professional team, the ACP team is led by Laura Mckeon, the post holder will practice autonomously,
whilst being accountable and self-directed in line with the relevant code of professional conduct. The post holder will
work consistently in line with the four pillars of Advanced Clinical Practice. We are seeking an inspiring and highly
skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our dynamic Medical Same Day Emergency Care (MSDEC) team. This is a
pivotal and rewarding role at the heart of an expanding, forward-thinking service. Working closely with the MSDEC
Consultant, ACP Lead and the senior nursing team, you will champion clinical excellence, drive innovation, and support
