Advanced Clinical Practitioner

About the Role

Working within their defined scope of practice, the post holder works as an autonomous Practitioner to assess, diagnose

and plan care for patients; including prescribing of medications where qualified to do so, and where clinically

indicated. About Bracknell Urgent Care Centre We operate out of a modern, purpose built facility with free parking and

excellent transport links. BUCC offers a high standard of unscheduled care from early morning to late evening for

patients attending with a wide variety of undifferentiated conditions. The centre is staffed primarily by our team of

experienced Clinicians with additional support from other clinical and non-clinical members of staff. Within our
