About the Role

The Bolton Mental Health Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to apply for

this role, to improve the service delivery within the Inpatient Mental Health Unit.

The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the clinical and operational team to ensure high

quality, recovery focussed care is delivered to our service users.

The post holder will hold a caseload and will lead assessment, formulation and prescribing of care / treatment planning,

including discharge planning within agreed protocols and procedures and be an integral part of the Multi Disciplinary
