About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Mid & South Essex Non-Surgical Oncology Services as an Advanced Clinical

Practitioner (ACP), leading the development of an innovative digital Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment (SACT) service.

We are looking for an experienced prescribing pharmacist or nurse who thrives in an autonomous clinical role and has

expertise in managing patients undergoing SACT.

This pioneering position will focus on implementing a digitally supported service, integrating electronic Patient

Reported Outcome Measures (ePROMS) to assess patient readiness for treatment.
