We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our supportive, dynamic

Crisis Response Teams in Trafford or South. The Crisis teams are part of our Trafford and South Manchester Community

Response Services (MCR / TCR) and launch into the new Urgent Care and Specialist Services Division on 6 October 2025.

You will be from either a Nursing or AHP (Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy) professional background with an MSc in

Advanced Clinical Practice. Your substantive post will be with Crisis Response in the Trafford locality of Manchester or
