Role Summary
Experienced B7 Clinical Specialist required to join our friendly and supportive Healthcare for Older People team.
We are looking for a highly experienced Clinical Specialist to work in our Health Care for Older People Team. You will
be working in our frailty SDEC, ED, MAU triage and MAU, as well out outreaching into the community to help manage
patients in our Acute Hospital at Home frailty beds. You will require enhanced assessment and holistic management skills
and will be working closely with our Pathfinder and Acute Hospital at Home Team.
